Do you ever look at a strong, independent woman thinking you want to be just like them? What do they possess that you don't? I put together a little list, to help you find that beautiful strong woman inside you.

Here's the recipe to be THAT girl:
1kg of self-love Yes, you do need to love yourself to shine. I know it's a hard journey, I still struggle with it myself, but I try to look at my positive traits and work with those. You are the only person who can bring out the best in you. Think of yourself as your own personal Kris Jenner... Find what you're great at and milk it girl! Celebrate your everyday wins - even if it was something as "simple" as getting out of bed. Write a love letter to yourself, look at yourself in the mirror and tell her how much you love her.
500g of confidence Confidence doesn't come from one day to another. Whether you lack confidence in your everyday life, social situation, or at your workplace the only way to gain it is if you put yourself willingly and knowingly into those situations and turn that fear into excitement for yourself. Scared of social situations? Challenge yourself to talk more at your workplace, be open and approachable to people around you, and believe me once you get used to challenging yourself you'll be amazed at how much you can do.
20ml of me-time Spend time with yourself, take yourself out on a date, find a new hobby... These are just a few things you could do to have meaningful me-time. By meaningful I mean don't just throw yourself on the couch and watch Netflix, or scroll through Insta and Tik Tok. Do something that will truly add to your life. Gain experiences, memories, be part of communities. The world is your oyster! Make a habit of taking yourself out on a date once a week. Just you and your thoughts. You could go for a walk, have a bit of shopping therapy, go to the cinema, theatre, join a club, the options are endless, but promise yourself that once a week you do something for YOU!
a pinch of belief They say fake it till you make it. Well, girlfriend, it's never been more true. Believe in yourself and success will follow.
50dkg investing in yourself Invest in yourself. Learn new things. Are you interested in painting? Start painting. Want to make music? Take music lessons. Interested in business? Read books about it. In this day and age, there's so much on the internet that could help you get started with whatever you're interested in. The sky is the limit... Read books, watch TED Talks, listen to podcasts, go back to school. It's never too late.
tbs of happiness I think this was the hardest lesson for me to learn. Repeat after me: No one is responsible for my happiness, but me. Don't wait for the One to make you happy, don't rely on friends and family to make you happy, it's simply not their job. You are the only one who truly knows what makes you happy, therefore you need to work on it for yourself.
